Can I have a team member go through this on my behalf?
ABSOLUTELY! We highly encourage it. When you purchase the Coaching Client Management System, you'll have one login to the course platform that you can share with your team. Please remember: Team members can only implement the templates in this program for YOUR business, not in their business or for their own personal use. Make sure to communicate that to them so they know.
Does this work for 1:1 coaching clients, group or both?
It works for both! It’s designed to align with one particular offer that has a consistent onboarding process on the backend from client to client.

If you have multiple offers that have different processes, then you’ll simply duplicate the board and follow the same process.
Can I use this system with different software than what you recommend?
You can, at your own discretion. This client management system will show you how to set up everything using the software we recommend. However, if the software you use is Zapier compatible, you can use it with Airtable.

What version of Airtable do I need?
To get started, I recommend you get the free plan. I'll share with you when it makes sense to upgrade to a paid plan.
